Just go where EVERYONE sells phones. 🤷🏽♂️📱🇳🇬 Welcome to Banex Plaza, one of Abuja’s best-known places for electronics and gadgets. Phones, laptops, computers, headphones, accessories, repairs… there are shops everywhere selling pretty much everything related to electronics. I actually really like this concept. Instead of having these businesses scattered around the city, you have a huge concentration of similar shops in one area. As a customer, you can walk around, compare products and prices and probably negotiate yourself a better deal. I’ve seen similar shopping districts in India and Pakistan, but we don’t really have this concept on the same scale in many Western countries. There’s Old Banex and New Banex, although walking around both, I struggled to see much difference. 😂 One thing that definitely caught my attention was the enormous number of generators lined up outside the shops, ready as backup when electricity isn’t available. Great for customers… but imagine being a shop owner here when 20 other shops around you are selling exactly the same phone. 😂 Competition must be brutal! 🤷🏽♂️ ❤️🇳🇬 #abuja #shopping #nigeria
