Well guess what, Kubrick, I ALSO sprach to Zarathustra and they said to make a DIFFERENT movie to this song! And let us not judge which movie is better because art is subjective! Sometimes people are in the mood for a world renowned cinematic masterpiece, and SOMETIMES people are in the mood for some little space movie from the 60’s! For instance you may be surprised to learn that I actually prefer “2001: a space odyssey” to “Flying Squirrel Learns the Hard Way” even though that is actually ME in that photorealistic flying squirrel costume. I just think the writing on 2001 is a little better, but I think the fact that one of the main characters is A.I. is just not with the times. LOOK I’m not comparing my stuff with Kubrick’s stuff! I’m a huge fan! If I’m being honest I only know Zarathustra because Kubrick introduced us! Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have been able to ALSO get a chance to sprach to them in the first place. Anyway, don’t try this at home, this was done by PROFESSIONALS and then later it was attempted by me, too, as you see here. And actually I have no proof this exact thing was done by professionals. I hope so!!! It looks dangerous! And guess what, this was attempt 4 and one time I hit my knee really hard and one time I clapped my ear, so be careful out there! And a special thank you goes out to Melanie who will absolutely never read this until maybe after my passing for the wonderful set design! Surely this is how she imagined it being utilized! Also the reason I say after my passing is not to be dark! She sees my videos on other social media websites and assumes (as one would) that my captions are the same here as there. But I usually am experiencing caption fatigue by the time I post elsewhere (the same feeling you’re experiencing now, probably!! Look at that. Connected across the digital abyss, you and I, both tired of my words!) BUT!! I know in my experience after someone I love shuffles off their mortal coil, I have found myself looking for pieces of them in places I wouldn’t normally look, and for Melanie, that may be insanely long TikTok captions one day! We can only know so much about each other in the meantime! That’s all I meant!! I plan on living a long long time and being very old and still being slightly odd! I really didn’t mean to bring up our brief but beautiful complicated mortality!! Sorry guys!!! And moreover, SO sorry for the unsavory tail on this costume!!
