How much sugar is HIDING IN YOUR FOOD (according to Diary of a CEO)? Fun fact, the first reaction video I ever did was exactly the same concept. A BBC documentary was putting foods in front of people and saying this is there “sugar equivalent” because carbohydrates break down to sugar in the body. And just like this, foods which a higher carbohydrate intake were viewed very scarily, like rice being THE KILLER. The carbohydrate content and the glycemic index of foods are not reliable ways to judge the health properties of that food in isolation. If they were, blueberries and carrots would be less nutritious than eating a block of lard and wholegrain oats would be less nutritious than high fat ice cream (despite the sugar content of ice cream). Once again, fearmongering for clicks. P.S., At the end of each post I let you know that if you want to support me, you can order my best-selling book, Everything Fat Loss (Iink in profile). #sugar #carbohydrate #carbohydrates #diaryofaceo #glucose
