Lagos International Airport recently banned ride share apps like Uber from picking up passengers at the airport. They’re telling everyone to use the new app owned by government which costs significantly more. Rides went from 6K to Ikeja to 30K when this new app came out. But follow my hack and walk about 5 mins away from the airport and you can get a normal ride share for a much better price! According to some news reports this is all supposed to be temporary while the government creates a better system to handle ride share at the airport but in the meantime the airport taxi drivers go chop very well #lagos #ikeja #lagosairport
