Pyramids views!!!! 🇪🇬 From Nigeria straight into a completely different world… welcome to Cairo, Egypt. 🇳🇬✈️🇪🇬 I just arrived in Cairo and checked into the Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi, a five-star hotel where my suite costs around $350 per night. Surely not for every budget, but once I opened the door, I understood what I was paying for. This hotel room just kept going and going and the best had yet to come: views of the Pyramids of Giza. Multiple living areas, a huge bathroom with a bathtub, floor-to-ceiling windows, welcome fruits, macarons, cakes, coffee and more space than I knew what to do with. But none of that was the reason I booked it. I walked outside onto the balcony and there it was: the Nile River stretching through Cairo and, on the horizon, the ancient Pyramids of Giza. 🇪🇬 Later in the evening I sat outside while the sun disappeared behind the pyramids, listening to the call to prayer and the sounds of Cairo below. $350 very well spent.
