The three-bite rule π©ππ©πβ¦ Well played @Leah Hope - and thank you for your exceptional delivery π Rules such as these are disordered and have no place in a supportive diet, and a positive relationship with food. In this example, the donut is 200-230 calories. It isnβt a meaningful source of protein, fibre or micronutrients. But that doesnβt mean you should only allow yourself three bites. Because donuts are a single food, available at a single moment in time. Your diet is made up of dozens of foods and ingredients each day, hundreds each week, and thousands each year. Inherently, eating a donut once a week will form a minuscule part of your overall diet. This overall diet over time, along with other factors such as exercise, sleep, lifestyle habits and genetics define your composition and your health. Not donuts. So if you enjoy donuts from time to time, eat entire donuts. Nothing bad will happen. π©β
