Many claim they don’t eat much, but can’t lose weight, or that they even gain weight. But although volume of food consumed is often related to the amount of body fat you have, it doesn’t define it. Calories consumed and burned does. As my video shows, the amount of food you consume isn’t always related to the amount of calories you consume. For example, you could eat a small volume of food, but a relatively high volume of calories. And you could eat a high volume of food, but a relatively low volume of calories. If fat loss is the goal, focusing on low calories, high volume foods is a good idea in order to stay satiated, but still support the calorie deficit require to lose body fat. 🙏 #caloriedeficit #fatloss #nutritionist
