The project to open an eagerly awaited £15m museum in Londonderry is gathering pace, with the attraction expected to open its doors in summer 2027. It had been anticipated that the museum would open in spring of next year, but this has been pushed back after unforeseen construction challenges in the historic Ebrington building.
