‼️I’ve been looking for a while for a way to put opportunity, money and focus into the hands of artists and communities that really need it, so me and @Relentless came up with Local ; a series of club nights and surrounding celebrations supporting and spotlighting underrepresented curators, artists and venues in some often overlooked places in England. It’s a way of celebrating scenes outside of the usual major cities, and of supporting people who are keeping their local communities thriving with their amazing work. As well as a chance for me to get on some lineups with some local legends 💫 excited to bring the party up north in some places I’ve never gotten to play Joining me are three very special local scene leaders Boo, Mia Lily & ZMARAKS, who have carefully curated a packed and exciting lineup of homegrown talent for each night. Kicking off in Stockton-on-Tees on 13th June, we’ll be moving on to Blackpool on 19th June, and finishing up in Bradford on 20th June. Each regional poster is also designed by a local artist.
