I used to think building my glutes meant I needed all the fancy machines at the gym…but honestly, some of the moves that have made the biggest difference for me are the simplest ones. Just dumbbells + consistently getting stronger. 🔥🍑 These are 5 moves I come back to again and again: 1. Plié squats 2. Romanian deadlifts 3. Curtsy lunges 4. Hip thrusts 5. Hip thrust pulses I’m using anywhere from 40–80lbs for these moves, BUT that doesn’t mean you need to. 👏🏼 Use a weight that challenges YOU while still allowing you to control the movement and maintain good form. Your 10lbs, 20lbs or 30lbs can be just as challenging for where you are right now. The goal isn’t to match someone else’s weight, it’s to progressively get stronger with yours. 😉 Try 10-12 reps of each movement for 3-4 rounds and save this one for your next glute day! Strong glutes are built one rep, one workout, one little increase in strength at a time 🫡 #glutes #legworkout #legday #homeworkout
