The teen suspect in connection with a mass shooting at a party in Morgan Hill in July made their first court appearance Monday morning in San Jose. Santa Clara County deputies worked together with the FBI to track the 17-year-old suspect, whose name has not been released. A search warrant was served on Thursday in Salinas by Santa Clara County's investigative and tactical teams, who safely took the suspect into custody.
