Olive Garden-Inspired Lunch Boxes 🍝🥗🥖 I volunteered to make lunch for our local high school's robotics camp one last time, and I couldn't end the week without an Italian-themed lunch! I wanted it to feel like everyone had ordered Olive Garden catering...just on a much smaller budget. Each lunch included: • Five Cheese Ziti al Forno • Olive Garden-inspired salad • Homemade garlic breadsticks • No-bake chocolate lasagna A few notes: • I turned thaw-and-rise dinner roll dough into homemade-style breadsticks to save both time and money. • The Five Cheese Ziti was made with a creamy tomato sauce, ricotta, heavy cream, and an Italian cheese blend so everyone could enjoy the same meal. • Instead of one big casserole, I baked individual portions so they fit perfectly inside the lunch boxes. • The chocolate lasagna was a no-bake version layered with Oreo crust, cheesecake filling, chocolate pudding, and Cool Whip. It looked so pretty in the clear cups! • I sent the salad dressing bottle with the lunches instead of portioning it out so everyone could dress their salad however they liked. This was the last lunch I made for robotics camp, and it was such a fun project.
