Made 5 course dinner but every course was steak because dad’s favorite food is steak and he deserves to get all his wishes. 1st course - Yukwhe 육회, Korean raw beef deliciously seasoned and paired with korean pear 2nd course - Wagyu Philly cheese steak inspired by Michelin stared chef Jose Andres’ creation 3rd course - Japanese Wagyu Katsu sando, the most delicious and luxurious sandwich ever 4th course - Chateaubriand with classic French béarnaise sauce with potatoes and asparagus 5th course - Steak cake, pound cake layers with matcha flavored Italian meringue butter cream and decorated with chocolate This was filmed on Father’s day and took me forever to edit because I made so many different dishes. It was like 5 videos in one.
