Cook the chicken drumsticks in chicken or vegetable broth. 2. Shred the meat and set the bones aside. 3. Boil the potatoes and mash them. 4. Add the chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well. 5. Take a portion of the mixture, place a chicken bone and a piece of cheese in the center. 6. Cover with more of the mixture and shape it like a chicken drumstick. 7. Coat it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in panko breadcrumbs. 8. Fry in hot oil at about 170°C until golden brown.
