So it makes sense there’s been so many hacks lately but it’s been making me feel type of way 🫠 haha Maybe it’s bc I specialize in dumpling making?! A great hack is when you eliminate the elements of resistance (time/skill) while keeping the key quality elements and in this case. Juicy and Crunchy! The original no fold hack had it meat side down prone to burning (salt/caramelization from the filling). Also why waste the wrapper?! The key crunchy element to a fried dumpling.
