Achillea millefolium is one of the many herbs that grows wild where I am - it loves the sandy soil and the high-altitude sun. It’s known for its protective properties, with dry & cool energetically, and an intense healing herb. Yarrow teaches me about what is inside of us that needs to heal - what wounds we carry. Generationally, physically, spiritually, and how to protect them and move through them.
