Montgomery County's Sept. 11 memorial has moved to its new home in Norristown. Chopper 3 followed part of the 7-mile journey as the 18-foot structure was transported to Elmwood Park. The memorial is made from a steel beam recovered from the rubble of the World Trade Center's North Tower. The monument was commissioned in 2003 and installed at the Montgomery County Courthouse in 2005.
