ALL THINGS FEEEEET (+ a few extras) 💦🦶 I always say it, but a big part of understanding movement is understanding how your body interacts with the ground. Can you control your feet in different positions? Under different loads? At different speeds? Shoes on & off? Can you then connect up the chain? Can you work in segments? Organize the shoulders, ribs + pelvis? Accept force / redirect it? The goal is to learn how to use the ground to create better movement. (rather than letting the ground decide what happens to you.) This exact session from my new 10-week plyometric based program and it works through all that. Here’s the details from todayyyy: 1. Prep (foot / hip) 2. Coordinate ( band assisted switches / level change heel float hops ) 3. Strength ( heel float RDL / reflexive lateral lunge / weighted push-ups / drop push ups ) 4. Resilience ( ankle banded step overs / core work not shown ) Athleticism is a skill. Train. it. like. one. 🫡 Full program is live now inside my apppppp. Hope to see you there. #plyometrics #athleticworkout
