His work inspired me to start out in the first place. 👉 Stay on track with 110+ quick & satisfying digital recipes, link in bio 📱 Served in 2½ cup (600 ml) glass containers, link in bio Servings: 4 🌶️ Ingredients -1½ lbs (680 g) chicken boneless, skinless -2 tsp garlic powder -2 tsp onion powder -1 tsp paprika -salt & pepper to taste Crunchwrap Filling -4 large low-carb burrito wraps Rebel (NZ), Simson’s Pantry (Coles), Weight Watchers (Tesco), or Mission Balance (USA) -4 small, low-carb tortilla Farrah’s (NZ), Simson’s Pantry (Coles), BFree Protein Wrap (Tesco), or Mission Carb Balance (USA) -8 slices reduced-fat, thin cut, or turkey bacon chopped and cooked crispy -½ cup (120 g) sweet chili sauce (see recipe below) -½ cup (120 g) Greek yogurt plain, non-fat -1½ cup (150 g) reduced-fat cheese Low-Calorie Sweet Chili Sauce (2 tbsp = 7 cal, makes 1 cup) -¼ cup (60 g) water -¼ cup (60 g) rice vinegar -¼ cup (50 g) monk fruit sweetener -¼ tsp ground ginger -1 tsp hot chile pepper minced or chili flakes -2 tsp sugar-free ketchup -⅛ tsp garlic powder -1 tsp cornstarch -1-2 tsp water for slurry 👨🍳 Instructions -Season and cook diced chicken with spices in a pan on medium-high heat -Cook bacon until crispy -Make sauce: Simmer all chili sauce ingredients on medium heat, add cornstarch slurry, stir until thickened enough to spread on tortilla Assembly: Large tortilla → 2 tbsp chili sauce → 2 tbsp Greek yogurt → cheese → chicken → bacon → small tortilla -Fold bottom edge up, sides in (hexagon shape) -Cook in skillet seam side down 2-3 mins per side until crispy -Serve with extra sauce & yogurt Storage & Reheating: Fridge (3-4 days) -Microwave: Wrap in damp paper towel, 1-1.5 mins -Skillet: Medium heat, 2-3 mins per side Freezer (2 months): -Thaw overnight -Microwave or skillet method above -Pro tip: Microwave 1 min + skillet 30 secs/side for ultimate crispiness! #mealprep #weightloss #fatloss
