Betul and I were brainstorming what we would cook together and we both agreed we would let the market garden decide for us. Tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery meant we were making ragu, beautiful edible flowers meant we making pasta with pressed petals, all the milk from the dairy meant we were making some sort of cheeses!
