I haven’t been starstruck in my kitchen for a while…but each time I looked over to see Betul cooking with my pots and pans I certainly was. Her skill set isn’t something you find often…she grew up in rural eastern Türkiye, learning to cook alongside her mother and sisters. Now a young mother herself, she’s cooking for them and also sharing her talents to the world. It was beautiful to watch her move in the kitchen. Blessed day.
