You’re gonna put a camera WHERE? Jokes aside, of course no one WANTS to work, that’s why you pay them to do it. The real question is whether you’re making the job worth their while. Here’s something I really don’t think is a hot take. If you monitor people’s every move and treat them like criminals then you’re not going to get the best from them.
