chronic illness is often dynamic! ♿️ on my bad days, i can hardly get out of bed or sit up. i can’t walk, i need help getting dressed & i don’t have much quality of life due to a lack of energy and a lot of pain but on my good days, i can go for a short walk, i can enjoy days out in my chair, i can travel (with adaptations), and this is constantly changing over the years as my conditions progress up and down too 💛 ambulatory looks different for everybody, but this is a small snippet into what it can look like for me 🫶🏻 #chronicillness #disability #wheelchairuser #hiddendisability #disabledcommunity
