I started this journey moving to LA with less than a dime in my pocket—living with ten guys I didn’t know in a 900 sq ft, two-bedroom apartment. I slept on the floor for years and went days without being able to afford food. Now I’m one of the lucky ones who gets to make a living from taking that chance. Inside USA reminded me of those blessings by stripping away life’s luxuries and forcing me to reflect on gratitude. More than anything, it gave me the chance to connect with people on the deepest levels—and that will always matter most. Walking into the house with strangers and walking out with family was one of the most surreal and beautiful experiences of my life. Every laugh, every late-night talk, every vulnerable moment—we built something real. I’ve had dark times in my mind and life recently, and to say this came at the perfect time is an understatement. There is light in this world—you just have to look for it. To the cast and crew, I hold you so close to my heart.
