To everyone who welcomed me back yesterday—thank you so much. I’ve been thinking about how to respond to all of your comments. There are so many, so I probably can’t reply to everyone, but today I’ll do my best to answer as many as I can. One of the biggest new challenges I took on this year was working out, and I truly believe it played a huge role in lifting my mood. Toward the end of 2024, Instagram’s algorithm changed, and my posts stopped reaching many of my followers. I felt like I had lost my connection with all of you. Eventually, I became afraid to post photos and videos on Instagram. Every time I hit “post,” I felt pressure, and honestly, it wasn’t good for my mental health. So this year, I decided to try something different. I created a more casual lifestyle account where I could post absolutely anything without overthinking it. Even completely meaningless little moments felt easy to share. For the first time in a long while, it felt like I wasn’t posting as a creator—I was just someone enjoying sharing photos and videos. I was simply documenting my life, recording my growth, and sharing little pieces of my everyday life. Those ordinary posts brought me so much joy. Looking back, I think that was one of the things that helped me heal. Now, I feel like I’ve recovered, and I’m excited to share all kinds of moments here on Yuu’s Adventures again. Just like I told you yesterday… I’m back. More than anything, I’ve realized that the most important thing is to enjoy what you do. To create from a place of joy, not from pressure or fear. #motivation #inspiration
