I was born a Patriots fan. Growing up in Scituate, just 30 minutes from Gillette Stadium, the Pats were everything to me as a kid. My first jersey was a Drew Bledsoe jersey. When they won their first Super Bowl, it was an excused absence to go to the parade. I’ve been to plenty of epic games but I never could imagine we’d be playing here. Now, we’ve got back to back sold out nights of Banana Ball. I was told this is the first time in Gillette Stadium history a sporting event has sold out back to back nights…which is just crazy to think about. We started as a small college summer team from Savannah and now we get to bring our new sport to the home of one of the greatest dynasties in sports history…and make history. Seeing so many of my friends and family this weekend here in support, I may get a little emotional. But I can tell you we will give everything we got this weekend and I truly hope to make New England proud!
