FISH CANDIES 🍬🐟 I cooked turbot - a delicate flatfish - made a flavorful filling, and wrapped it all in soft, elastic dough, similar to mochi. Basically, it’s a simple idea for steamed dumplings, but I turned them into… little candies 🍬 Fun, unexpected, and definitely eye-catching 🙂↕️ The best part? This presentation is easy to recreate at home. No fancy molds or professional skills needed - just a little imagination when working with the dough ❤️ The closer we get to fall, the more I crave baked goods… but I’m trying to resist 😂 Instead, I’m getting my fix from scented candles - Salted Caramel is my absolute favorite.
