In the true mirror, the expression of joy has a lot of light and life in the eyes, and it is continuous, you see it, feel it and it grows instead of fades. The regular mirror can't really reflect these higher energy expressions and emotions, because the light in the eye is simply doesn't look or read properly. It's kind of nuts because so many of our positive expressions simply go away to ourselves, causing us to doubt or question them. And of course most of this is subconscious, It's Just happening to us automatically, and we just go with it because that's the norm since childhood.
