finally, posting the results Prime Ribeye vs. Australian Wagyu Strip. Both reverse seared with beef tallow, seasoned with Hardcore Black and salt only. Perfect medium rare. Unreal crust. No gimmicks… just steak done right. And the winner? The Australian Wagyu strip said powder me up and slap the hell out of that ribeye. Absolute knockout.
