Look at your last 10 AI prompts. If 8+ of them were one-shot questions ("write me an email," "give me ideas for X," "summarize this"), you're playing. If most of them were part of a chain, where you fed the output back in, pushed back, refined, and built on the previous answer, you're working. Toys give you a single output.
