Michelle Long, who has been viral online for her appearance on Jeremy Kyle when the show was airing, is celebrating eight years of sobriety. She can barely recognise the woman she once was, and has recently married the love of her life Christopher. For over two decades her life was blighted by an extreme addiction to hard substances. Her daughter, Charlotte was so desperate for her mother to recover that she contacted ITV’s now defunct Jeremy Kyle show begging for help, and now their relationship is better than ever. All of this is a drastic change to her former life, as when Michelle appeared on the show in November 2018 she was emaciated, her cheeks were sunken and her collar bones jutted out.
