Side quested so hard in my previous life I forgot to tell you I was a carpenter at some point and it’s where it all began. I fell in love with woodwork way before I knew cooking existed. Growing up, we used to log and sell timber at one point, so wood became something familiar to me from a young age. Before the rugby player, before the content creator, before the chef, and all the other versions of me you’ve come to know, I was building things with my own two hands. The balcony setup I started this journey with? I built it myself. And I guess it’s always been about the same thing: creating something from nothing.
