REPOST ✨DRUGSTORE EYESHADOW: YAY OR NAY? 👀 @Maybelline NY’s city mini eyeshadows at @CVS Pharmacy used to be the eyeshadow to grab. These formulas were and still are slurry formulas which is why I think they still hold up to this day in the drugstore! They go on pretty smooth and creamy and even back then felt elevated.
