Why? My dad’s friend owned this house that Cameron and I are super inspired by. After talking to him, he told us we can shoot in it. With limited time, we came up with a loose storyline. Knowing we only had each other, we decided to shoot a trailer, rather than a full story. We already owned the camera, lens, tripod, and most of the wardrobe used. We spent $72 on additional clothing, props, and microphone batteries. It wasn’t until we started editing, and trying to compose the trailer ourselves, that we realized just how important sound is- especially for a thriller. So we hired @leozmusic to compose and sound design the whole thing - which was not a part of our shooting costs. A lot of people have asked why we decided to create a trailer…to a project that doesn’t even exist. We simply just wanted to create in a space we were inspired by, and make something we never have before. #cinematography #film #thriller #movie #actor
