Chicken Stuffed Doritos INGREDIENTS 1 party bag Cool Ranch Doritos 16 oz ground chicken 1 cup cooked bacon bits 1/4 cup Ranch seasoning (or ranch dip powder) 4 medium flour tortillas 16 slices cheese (I use Hatch chili cheese) 5 beaten eggs 2 tbsp ranch seasoning RANCH SAUCE 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup parsley 2 tbsp dill 2 tbsp chives 1 tbsp onion powder 2 tbsp buttermilk Combine chicken, bacon and 1/4 cup ranch seasoning. Place 4 cheese slices on each tortilla and spread chicken mixture on top. Slice each tortilla into 8 wedges. Combine eggs with remaining ranch seasoning and coat each wedge. Crush Cool Ranch Doritos and coat each wedge. Fry at 375°F for about 3 min or until crispy. Combine all ranch ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt.
