Tomatoes are finally in season here so OFF WE GO! 🏃♀️ Not quite a tomato sandwich but this prosciutto Caprese sandwich was just 😮💨🫰🏻 Though I will say burrata + a juicy tomato made this reeeeally messy lol Otherwise, the prosciutto stays nice and crispy, the bun was also crispy (I love a hard toast on a bun UGH), and the pesto mayo and garlic herb butter were craaaaazy. So much flavor, so much texture. Just might use fresh mozz next time to rein it in. 😂😅 I have at least two more tomato videos coming up. One of them is a proper tomato sandwich, but I may add more. I need this season to last as long as possible yet I’m also super excited for fall food?!
