Alrighty Guys… a lamb kebab in the mountains of Fujairah 🏔️🔥 Headed up in my Land Cruiser with Remy for an afternoon of great views and even better food. Here’s how I made it 👇 Lamb kebab * Lamb cubes * Cumin * Smoked paprika * Mixed herbs * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Salt * Lemon juice * Olive oil Mix everything together, skewer the lamb and grill over high heat until nicely charred on the outside and juicy in the middle. Tabbouleh * Parsley * Tomato * Onion * Salt * Mint * Lemon juice * Olive oil Finely chop everything, mix together and season to taste. Tahini sauce * Tahini * Garlic * Lemon juice * Salt * Water Mix the tahini, garlic, lemon and salt, then slowly add water until smooth and pourable.
