On October 9, 2025, I posted two videos sharing my thoughts about @CultureCon I had never attended, but as a creator—and someone who has produced, funded, and attended conferences throughout my career—I knew the power spaces like this can have when they are intentional about what people leave with. I shared those thoughts with love, respect, and acknowledgment of the Black woman whose vision built #CultureCon. A few months later, I had breakfast with CultureCon founder Imani Ellis. Now, I’m entering my third week as a The Belonging & Community Strategy consultant helping build CultureCon 2026. And I’m excited to finally share that with you. As we build, I want to know: How can CultureCon invest in your curiosity, inspire your dreams, give you tools to make those dreams real, and connect you to a community that can bear witness to them happening?
