This past weekend, we pulled off something incredible ... Our second annual Special Strong Games! Every year, we host this event through our nonprofit Special Strong Champions Foundation to raise funds for families who can't afford specialized services. This year, we had over 80 athletes and more than 250 people in attendance. Was it easy? No way. Leading up to the event, we ran into every challenge you can imagine. Venue problems. Funding issues. At one point, we seriously considered canceling the whole thing. But then something amazing happened. Jeff DeBoer & his wife, Roberta, stepped in and covered all the costs so our athletes could attend for free! Jeff, you were one of the key people who made this event possible. We cannot thank you enough!
