This past week, we celebrated my father making 15 years as a pastor! He has never had a pastoral anniversary. He has never wanted to focus to be on him or in maintaining tradition. Instead he opted to keep the focus on God. My daddy has refused to buy a church building. Much to the dismay of MANY. Instead, he stayed focused on fulfilling the missing of Christ and invested that money in our community. At the behest of one of the mothers, he finally conceded for year 15. We may not get another chance to celebrate him for another 15 so we gotta say congratulations now while he let us 🤣
