When I was fortunate enough to be offered the amazing opportunity to play this role, my only caveat was that we paid proper homage to the original score - everything analogue, everything real, captured in a room by human beings. I, of course had absolutely no business making these requests, and they had every right to tell me to sod off and just sing, but luckily, from the first phone call, this journey has been filled with like minded, creative people who are also absolute audio nerds, whole heartedly willing to collaborate and give everyone a voice at the table (which is something I understand to be rare.)
