matcha soba noodles 🍜 As summer starts winding down, I’ve been reaching for lighter, refreshing meals that still feel a little special and these chilled matcha soba noodles have been exactly that. I dressed the noodles with a @Jade Leaf Matcha Ceremonial Matcha sesame dressing, which adds such a subtle, earthy flavor and beautiful color to the soba.
