Zero base budget your entire website. Start with a blank screen and only add what’s required of you. Everything else must go. For years I made the mistake of thinking more options leads to more revenue, but all it does is lead to more confusion and decisions for the customer. Go look at Zara and Apples website. Less is more. Simplicity is the whole game.
