Part 1: Spent a good week preparing an 8 course tasting menu for my lady’s birthday. Haven’t cooked like this in a while so it was a challenge to source the best ingredients I could get and cook in a domestic kitchen. - She mentioned she didn’t get the chance to try my food when I was in Australia, so I figured I’ll just bring it to her for her birthday.
