❄️⚪️🍏 A snow white apple made with sugar and coated with chocolate. It's then filled in with elderflower gin compressed apples, apple caramel, freeze dried apples, lemon balm, daisy petals, yuzu, vanilla rose creme, green apple sorbet and dulce sand. Not an easy dessert to make - I would love to put this on the menu as it's such a stunning dessert that is pleasing to the eyes and palate.
