Words cannot describe how excited and humbled I am to finally introduce @Running with Rachael to you. I started and stopped this dream since 2021- always thinking I wasn’t capable of bringing a show so different to life. As most know, I lived in a dark space for many years, constantly turning to vices for comfort that often left me empty and struggling to find the will to live. But when we found out about my pregnancy, my purpose deepened and my drive intensified. I immediately started changing my life so my baby could have better. This meant giving my show all I had, as I believed this vision was strong enough to open new possibilities and reconnect with a part of myself I thought died long ago. We shot 80% of this season carrying my child- my only reason to keep going. For the first time since my early adulthood, I feel hope, love, and optimism.
