🍅 Happy August! That can only mean one thing: tomato season is almost here! We’re getting ready to head to Aunt Elsa’s to wash, cut, boil, plunge and jar enough tomatoes to feed half of Italy. This year, we’re upgrading to an electric machine instead of doing everything by hand, although knowing us, it may still turn into an episode of I Love Lucy. 😂 Then comes the best part: homemade pasta, fresh sauce and a few jars coming back to the city with us.
