It feels crazy that I cannot lift this off the ground yet my body carried it around. Every day I feel a little bit more comfortable in my own skin, between the weight and ‘things’ that I’ve been through, I had no self esteem and very little self worth for the last 5 years, but its been amazing that my daughter has been able to experience seeing it all slowly come back and has been my biggest cheerleader in the moments that self doubt creeps in.
