This traditional recipe comes from there and is a true celebration of Mediterranean flavours that is so easy to make but has so much flavour. Boiled potatoes, fresh tomatoes, pickled red onions, fresh basil and oregano, savoury olives, capers and a generous drizzle of good quality extra virgin olive oil make an incredible potato salad that can be enjoyed on its own or as a side dish for chicken, steak, fish or even legumes.
