Would you ever drink ocean water? Okay, but what if that ocean water has been desalinated? I teamed up with Sydney Water to put desalinated water under the microscope and see what was actually hiding in a drop. And honestly… I was surprised by what I found. Desalination removes the salt and other impurities from seawater, turning it into water that’s safe to drink. But what does that actually look like under the microscope?
